What is a flow unit?
A flow unit is a single running instance of a flow template, tied to one ticket. It moves through the 7 phases automatically -- from ticket import to app distribution. Each flow unit consumes one credit from your allowance.
How does the free trial work?
You get 1 month of full access with 50 flow units included. No credit card required to start. Use every feature -- canvas designer, kanban, all integrations, all 8 LLM providers. After the trial, add a credit card to continue.
What happens after the free trial?
Add a credit card and choose monthly ($9/seat/month) or annual ($8.10/seat/month, save 10%). All your data -- flow units, templates, reports -- is preserved. You pick up right where you left off with no disruption. Cancel anytime.
Do unused monthly flow units roll over?
Monthly included flow units (50/month) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. However, flow units purchased through add-on packs roll over indefinitely -- they never expire.
Does my source code go through your servers?
No. Your data goes to the LLM provider you choose, using your key. We never see it. All LLM calls go direct from the plugin running in your IDE to your chosen provider. Our backend only receives metadata -- status updates, team reports, and flow unit lifecycle events.
What LLM providers are supported?
Eight providers: Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), Gemini Flash (Google), Mistral Devstral, Groq, DeepSeek, Ollama (local, no key needed), and OpenRouter. Gemini Flash is available free for the first 10 flow units.
What is the maximum team size?

How does billing work?
Choose monthly ($9/seat/month) or annual ($8.10/seat/month, billed yearly at $97.20/seat -- save 10%). Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your account includes a shared pool of 50 flow units per month that resets each billing cycle. You can purchase additional flow unit packs at any time -- pack units roll over indefinitely. Billing is managed through Stripe in the admin portal settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
